| Method
|

Centrifuge 0.4ml (Mini), 3ml (Midi) or 5 ml (Maxi) of either an appropriate
buffer or distilled water until half has passed through the membrane.

If further per rinsing is required, centrifuge 0.4ml (Mini), 3ml (Midi) or 5 ml
(Maxi) of 0.1 M NaOH and repeat rinse procedure above.

Do not allow the membrane to dry out before use. If the device is not for
immediate use, place distilled water in the challenge reservoir to cover the
membrane, and store the device at -4o
C.
